Mark Helmling
With over 25 years of experience in real estate, Mark has successfully bought, sold, and developed hundreds of properties, including new construction projects. As a licensed real estate broker, he brings extensive market knowledge and a keen eye for investment opportunities. Partnering with his brother, a licensed general contractor, Mark has built a reputation for delivering high-quality properties that stand the test of time.
Since 2005, Mark has called St. Petersburg home, where he lives with his wife and two sons. When he’s not navigating the real estate market, you’ll likely find him out on the water or relaxing by the pool, enjoying everything the Florida lifestyle has to offer.
Matthew Helmling
Matt is a native Floridian who lives with his wife, Kim, and their two daughters, both of whom are attending college at the University of Florida and Florida State University. He graduated from Stetson University in 1996 and obtained his real estate license in 1999, marking the start of his career in real estate. In 2015, Matt earned his Certified Residential Contractor’s license. Along with his brother Mark, Matt buys, renovates, and sells residential properties, as well as builds new construction homes.
